Payment
A deposit of 25% of the rental fee is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due six weeks before arrival plus a £50 returnable deposit.

Cancellation
To avoid misunderstandings we would remind you that a reservation constitutes a legal contract. In the event of a cancellation, which must be made in writing, both parties should endeavour to re-let the accommodation Should neither party be successful then the person making the reservation is legally liable to pay for the letting. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance is taken out.

Rental Lettings are Saturday to Saturday with guests being asked to arrive after 3pm and to leave by 10am. We ask that the cottage is left in the condition in which you find it on your arrival.

Access Statement

Introduction.

· Ebenezer cottage is a stone built terrace cottage on a pedestrianised millstream path. Vehicle access to the front gate is possible for unloading but parking is on public road approximately 50 meters from the property.
· There is no lighting in the lane outside the cottage.
· There is an outside light next to the front door.

Pre Arrival.

· We have an extensive website with full room details and photographs.

· Enquiries and reservations may be made via email, telephone or letter.

· Guests are provided with written direction details and a map.

· The nearest bus stop is in the village - 50 metres.

· Weymouth railway station is 3 miles.

· Dorchester railway station is 5 miles.

· There is a public telephone box 50 metres from the cottage.

· Taxi services are available in Weymouth - 3 miles.
